Founded in 2015 by me, Andrea Douglass, TriangleBnB is a family-owned full-service vacation, corporate, and short-term rental management company. I manage over 40 properties across NC in the areas of Boone, Banner Elk, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, Bryson City, Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Bahama, and Carolina Beach. Of these, I own homes in Carolina Beach, Durham, Chapel Hill, Bahama, Raleigh, Kerr Lake and Sugar Mountain, the remainder are vacation properties that my team manages. I focus solely on the short-term and vacation rental market. If your family is looking for a cabin in the Smokey Mountains, we have five cabins for rent near-by in Bryson City. These homes range in size sleeping from 2-12 guests. Enjoy mountain views, soaking in the hot tub or just relaxing on the front porch.
If you are more of a beach person, we have four properties at Carolina Beach. Two condos are within walking distance to the beach, one home sits on Carolina Lake and another home is located off the main drag with a 5min walk to the beach.
In between the mountains of NC and the beach we offer corporate/professional rentals in the Triangle area, from condos, apartments to entire homes. We even offer two really fun tiny homes. These properties are ideal for traveling professionals, graduate students, or those coming into the area for events. If you are looking for a place on the lake we offer that too.
Our properties are available to book on several rental platforms as well as directly from our website, www.trianglebnb.com. Potential guests can find our rentals on Airbnb, VRBO, and booking.com. The majority of our properties are pet friendly. We want to make you feel at home during your stay, that is why we accommodate you in simple things, like complimentary coffee/tea, bath toiletries, laundry and dish soaps. If you forgot your toothbrush, we got you.
I am also a Clinical Pediatric Pharmacist at Duke. That was my initial job before property management. I absolutely love to host guest at my homes and love to manage my clients homes as well. My goal is to offer the best vacation experience ever! My favorite past time is checking out area restaurants, hiking trails and favorite local spots.
