Forty-six percent (46.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
I am a pharmacist at Duke Hospital who stumbled into the world of property management and real estate. It all began when I started renting out my personal properties as short-term rentals. I quickly fell in love with managing properties and interacting with guests, which led me to obtain my real estate license. As my passion for this field grew, I expanded my services to manage other people's properties as well. The business became so busy that I had to reduce my hours at Duke Hospital to dedicate more time to it. I am deeply passionate about traveling and exploring different properties and areas, which fuels my love for this profession even more. I am dedicated to providing exceptional service to both property owners and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all involved.
