Stylish tropical retreat rippling with character. Less than one block from the public beach access. Luxurious home that sleeps 6 ppl. Outside deck that is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze while people watching.

The house has 2 large bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and garden tubs.

An open concept living area including kitchen, living room and dining room.

A lap pool for the guest to enjoy is located on the property.

Guest have access to the entire house.

PARKING: Space for parking under the house is limited. If bringing two cars, they will have to be pulled one in after the other. Oversize vehicles will not fit. Cars must be pulled in all the way under the house.

Pool is not open year round. Typically it opens 5/1-5/15 and closes soon after Labor day.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-six percent (46.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
